June Naylor and Grady Spears’ New Cookbook

Fort Worth restaurant critic and cookbook author June Naylor has teamed up with longtime friend and chef Grady Spears on another cookbook: Cooking the Cowboy Way.  It’s available now from major retailers, including junes cookbook.

June says each of the 10 chapters covers a different ranch or food place, and they traveled to Calgary, Alberta; Arizona; Florida; Kansas City, and all over Texas to create each of the chapters. In each, Grady teams up with local food people to explore (and write about) local flavor.
