Bailey’s Prime Plus is Minus a Corporate R&D Chef


Baileys Full ExteriorOona Settembre,  Corporate R&D Chef for Bailey’s Prime Plus and Patrizio’s, is leaving the company, EscapeHatchDallas.com has learned and a Bailey’s spokesman confirmed. Settembre was unable to be reached for comment.

No word yet on what led to her departure.

Ex-Pappas Bros. vet Judd Fruia, Ex-Capital Grille chef Chris Meier, now Settembre…these are talented people. Why so much turnover in key staff members?
