Even if you cant make this event, I highly suggest everyone going to try this mall eatery. A serious turn towards the positive occurred for this restaurant when the former chef left.

Cibus offers good, approachable italian food in a bright, friendly atmosphere. I love the grilled shrimp salad, the beef carpaccio (I ask for added capers and lemon), or the creamy Tagliolini pasta with prosciutto and wild mushrooms. Also, they have a great happy hour!

And the best part, the beautiful patio and fresh food make me forget that Im in a mall.
