I've always been just a bit daunted by Indian cuisine--I struggle with the spices, which separate a dish that is just reasonably tasty from one that is authentically Indian. But this recipe seems straightforward enough, if I'm able to find the right cuts of lamb (a rarity at the rank/file DFW grocer--have to try Central Market or an ethnic market). I bet a slightly sweet wine like an Auslese would be awesome with this dish.
