Radar Range: New Execuchef at Bailey’s Prime Plus in Cedar Hill

Fitzgerald Dodd is now the Executive Chef at the Bailey’s Prime Plus in Cedar Hill.
His resume includes Screen Door, Stephan Pyles, Hotel ZaZa, Star Canyon and Brennan’s in Houston.

Foodbevlaw, I just got off the phone with the GM of Abacus–she says no news there. Kent Rathbun is still the Execuchef. They promoted one of their chefs to executive sous chef a while back…is that what you were thinking about? Or is there something else going on?
