For me, it's about gaining five pounds. You've just given me yet another way to abuse my perpetual "diet" the next time I'm there. I managed to avoid BLT during my last stay at the Mirage, but next time, I'll suppose I'll surrender to burger fever. My husband and kids are In-and-Out devotees. Whenever we head to California/Nevada, that's the first place they stop. We've found a good local substitute in Mooyah, but they still swear by In/Out. As for me--either one is just dandy.
