I remember when Eatzi&#039;s first opened in Dallas,  A wonderful experience and excellent food.  I made my pilgrimage several times a week.  I also remember you standing behind me as I bought chicken breasts stuffed with wild rice, that made me look like a excellent cook when served to guests. I have since moved from Dallas, and I wish there was one in my local.  Lots of luck !
