There ought to be a way to take down such comments. Especially if TheMan can’t even spell cheating.
I, too, worked for Steven Elsea, and classy is the first word I’d use to describe him. Secondly, with 3 years of working with him I never saw or heard anything that resembled a coke chasing cheating douche. This guy TheMan, (self proclaimed) obiviously has an axe to grind and has no class! Not everybody can carry themselves with grace, class and professionalism, as my former boss does…

Hey theman, I have worked for Steven Elsea, would gladly do so again, and he is a stand up guy. While he often flirts he always went home to his wife at the end the of night, and I honestly believe his flirting was more to serve the business than himself. You know to keep attractive women running around the place and attract the men too. And he is a far cry from a coke chasing douche as well. He always took care of his employees and guest, unless the employ was a dumb ass. I am guessing you might be an ex dumb ass employ whom he fired.

Current VP Steven Elsea is the biggest douche ever. They will fail if he stays on board. Between cheeting on his wife and chasing coke, he has no focus and no class.

Richard Chamberlain was part of the original group that founded Sfuzzi, they also had San Simeon restaurant and Club San Simeon. They hired Steve Singer to be chef.
