Anoymous Restaurant Critic Mark Stuertz is Back–With a Cooking Show!
Not long ago, thousands of people turned to the Dallas Observer to read restaurant critic Mark Stuertz. He departed for greener corporate pastures in August 2008. Lehman Brothers went bankrupt in September 2008, taking most of the rest of corporate America with it. Now he writes restaurant reviews for the Fort Worth Star Telegram and is an infrequent fill-in critic at the Observer–until now that is.
Behold Stuertz’s first foray into a stream of consciousness cooking show featuring two-stroke cutlery, acidic wit, and general cajoling of a few sacred cows (including his own bad self). Grab a bran muffin and some French rocket fuel. Now that Stuertz is back with the first installment of his new cooking show, it’s gonna be a French Roast kind of day.

Dood, you sound stoned.
Used to think Rachel Ray was smokin hot too. Maybe Stuertz should be the face of the new Food Network.
Mark Stuertz is one of the most educated in the United States on food and wine. Besides being a fabulous writer, his personality should produce an award winning show!
Pretty funny.
Loved it but needs more cooking. I wanted to see something blow up.
