Nosh Euro Bistro Teaming Big Tasting Menu on August 2 with Bubbly–For $25

Just heard from Nosh Euro Bistro’s kitchen team, led by Jon Stevens.

Avner Samuel’s Nosh Euro Bistro is teaming with French Champagne house Perrier-Jouet for an incredible deal on Tuesday, August 2. In honor of Perrrier-Jouet’s 200 anniversary, they’re popping the corks on some nice vintage bubbly to pair with a handful of hors d’oeuvres from Nosh exec chef Jon Stevens.

While I love me some beet cured salmon with potato latkes, I’m lovin’ even more the 2002 P-J Belle Epoque Brut, Belle Epoque Rose and 2000 P-J Belle Epoque Blanc de Blanc.

Along with those latkes, Stevens is serving smoked bay scallops with a spicy tomato chutney and grilled bread, yellow fin tuna tataki, beef tartare crostinin drizzled with aged balsamic, and something Stevens is calling “crushed avocado and crunchy chili.”

For $25, this is a deal. Stevens food is worth every cent, and so is the P-J vintage bubbly.
