Chef David McMillan rolls out new brunch menu at the Commissary

Chef David McMillan didn’t waste any time revamping his newest project, the Commissary, in One Arts, which he inherited when John Tesar left for shinier cutlery.

McMillan’s rolling out a new Sunday brunch menu on March 11. I haven’t had an opportunity to taste what he’s doing, but the menu– with bread pudding French toast, roasted blackberry butter, fried chicken and pancakes (chicken and waffles is soooo over), and fried eggs with foie gras–looks like he’s off to a strong start.

You can check out the full menu here.
