Tasty Reads: 360 West Magazine profiles Brussels, Belgium
By Mike Hiller
Brussels, Belgium may not be the first place that comes to mind as a culinary capital, but it should. With twenty Michelin-starred restaurants — and even more in the tiny towns nearby — the capital of Belgium and the EU’s seat of power is a flavor powerhouse.
If you’re not hungry yet, these photos and my story in the July issue of Fort Worth luxury pub 360 West Magazine should do the trick. Another drool-worthy layout from Editorial Directrix Meda Kessler and Managing Editor Laura Meyn.

Brussels IS an awesome food city, or at least it was during the 90s when I did lots of EU biz travel. I did hard food time in the Scandinavian countries and the UK… suffice it to say, a trip through Brussels, with its sidewalk cafes and haute cuisine was a welcome trek. There’s only so much bread and salmon one can eat (sorry, Finland).
