Radar Range: Quaker Steak and Lube Entering Texas Market, Carrollton Store Now Hiring

Chicken wing fans, your choices are about to improve. Pennsylvania-based Quaker Steak & Lube sends word today that they’re headed to Texas. (Their CEO lives in Dallas.) The wing-burger-steak chain is planning to open three company-owned stores in Carrollton, Plano and somewhere in North Dallas.
