Shawn Horne to be GM at Stephan Pyles’ Stampede 66

Shawn Horne is headed home, so to speak. Horne will be the the General Manager of Stampede 66, Stephan Pyles’ new Texas-syled Uptown restaurant when it opens next month, Pyles confirmed earlier this week. Horne worked with Pyles at Star Canyon, that former temple of New Texas cuisine, a couple of decades ago. More recently, Horne was half the duo behind the defunct Horne & Dekker restaurant.
