Halloween Plans? Sissy’s Southern Kitchen throwing Halloween Hoedown

Don’t want to hang around for the tricks or treats? Sissy’s Southern Kitchen is throwing a hoedown on Halloween night with $7 Stillhouse Moonshine cocktails, live music from local indie band Dovetail’s White Lightning Quartet, and, of course, plenty of fried chicken.

5 p.m. till midnight. Don’t need a reservation, but “Beverly hillbilly” costumes are encouraged. Or dress like this guy.

The shindig kicks off at 5 p.m. Reservations for the party are not necessary—just stop on by.
