“I’m not planning to open a restaurant,” Sharon Hage, Dallas’ forever-favorite locavore chef told me on her final day overseeing menu development at Bowl & Barrel. “I’m consulting on other restaurants now,” and she’s keeping quite busy.
In addition to creating the menu at B&B, Hage has been jetting off to Miami,where she’s crafting menus for two restaurants.
Closer to home, she’s also putting together the menu for The Lot, a restaurant and bar that John McBride (formerly of El Fenix) has under construction on East Grand Avenue in East Dallas. The Lot is slated to open in February.
