Paula Lambert of Dallas Mozzarella Co. lands feature profile in current Wine Spectator Magazine

 

Dallas Mozzarella Company’s founder and cheese ambassador, Paula Lambert, snagged a nice profile in this week’s Wine Spectator Magazine (not yet available online). The author traces Lambert’s interest in cheese, how she pivoted from an interest in producing pastas to making mozzarella, and offers a recipe that features MozzCo’s mozzarella.

Also in this weeks’ WS: The Ranch in Las Colinas earns a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, plus Pappas Bros. Steakhouse in Dallas and Houston keep their Grand Awards, the only two restaurants in Texas to earn the magazine’s highest award.
