Grain Restaurant, the F2T-focuesed eatery inside the Hilton Dallas Park Cities Hotel, has introduced a new late summer menu.
A note to the Hatch says Grain’s chef, James Music, now serves a summer salad made with organic heirloom tomatoes from Proximity Farms, arugula from Generation Farms and peaches from Cooper Farms, plus ” a variety of Texas proteins with bright produce, including the fresh Texas Blue Crab in the Crab, Avocado & Mango Tower and the Tenderloin Tips created with asadero polenta and tobacco fried 1015 onions,” (pictured).
Windy Farm beef,line-caughtGulfredfish and veggies “sourced from the Dallas Farmers Market” are also promised.
