Here’s how to get cast on a Food Network tv show

With so many contestants on reality tv shows hailing from Dallas, the city seems to be ground central for talent (and misfits).

If you’d like to follow the tv limelight cast by chefs Dean Fearing, Stephan Pyles, Kent Rathbun, Tre WilcoxD.J Quintanilla of Resto Gastro Bistro  — hell, maybe even John  Tesar at Knife, here’s the link you need. Maybe you, too, can get your own Wikipedia page, just like Tiffany Derry-Mtchell.

Right now, the Food Network says they’re looking to Dallas for:

Mystery Diners (“Is your restaurant or bar NOT living up to its full potential? Need help rooting out a problem? Then Mystery Diners wants to hear from YOU!!! Food Network is currently seeking independently owned restaurants/bars in Miami, New Orleans, Dallas, Los Angeles, Boston, Baltimore and Philadelphia.
