AF+B restaurant and swanky new cocktail lounge Quill planned for Dallas Design District

Following last year’s successful roll-out in Fort Worth and an imminent debut in Houston, EscapeHatch has learned that another AF+B will open in the Dallas Design District. AF+B is shorthand for American Food and Beverage, but everybody calls it “AF and B.”

The casual yet refined restaurant is a sibling to Dallas’ CBD Provisions, Hibiscus and Fireside Pies, among others.

Well-placed sources say the new restaurant will inhabit a space adjacent to FT33.

And across the street, a swanky new cocktail lounge called Quill will soon inhabit the former Bo Concepts space, confirms Quill co-owner Tiffanee Ellman. Quill will double as a private event space and is expected to open in November.
