Braindead Brewing chef David Pena, Lucia chef Justin Holt teaming up for big deal beer dinner on August 17


Deep Ellum’s Braindead Brewing is teaming up with Lucia sous chef Justin Holt for a beer pairing dinner you’ll want to know about.

On Monday, August 17, Braindead’s chef, David Pena, and Lucia’s Justin Holt will serve six-course dinner featuring a drop-dead selection of beers brewed in a 200 mile radius of Dallas.  Large format offerings from Jester King Brewery and Pairie Artisanal Ales, plus the premiere of two Braindead Brewing’s own Brettanomyces fermentations will certainly make this a unique evening.
