Chefs Scott Gottlich, William Koval headlining Bonne Sante big wine-and-dine fundraiser for National Kidney Foundation this Saturday at Westin Galleria


The sixth annual Bonne Santé, a wine and food fundraiser benefiting the National Kidney Foundation, takes place this Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the Westin Galleria Dallas. Dallas chefs Scott Gottlich (The Second Floor Restaurant/18th & Vine) and William Koval (Lakewood Country Club) founded the event to raise dollars and awareness about kidney disease (both chefs have close family members impacted by kidney disease). Joining Gottlich and Koval as co-hosts are Scott’s wife, Gina, and chef Edward Mendoza, the chef of Cecina 503.

Chefs and restaurants participating in the wine-and-dine-around include Shawn McClain, Sage Restaurant; Matt Dallman, 18th & Vine Kansas City Barbecue; Samir Dhurandhar, Nick and Sam’s; Scott Gottlich, The Second Floor by Scott Gottlich; Richard Hebben,  XIX Nineteen Hyatt at The Bellevue; Sara Hooton, Central Market; William KovalLakewood Country Club; Edward Mendoza, Cecina 503; Abraham Salum, Komali/Salum; Gianni Santin, Haute Sweets Patisserie; Ray Skradzinski, The Table; Marcus Strietzel, The Adolphus Hotel; and Jason Weaver, Omni Dallas Hotel. And since this is a fundraiser, there will of course be a silent and live auction, entertainment and plenty of free vodka.
