Tacos Mariachi and One90 Smoked Meats team up for “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” brisket tacos beginning Wednesday, April 4

Two Dallas area restaurants recently featured on Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives are teaming up to offer a brisket taco LTO.

One90 Smoked Meats and Tacos Mariachi will begin selling “Dallas’ Perfect Brisket Taco” on Wednesdays at both restaurants. One90 and Tacos Mariachi were both featured on this season of Guy Fieri’s television show.

One90 Smoked Meats specializes in carry-out, heat-and-serve BBQ (ribs, brisket, pork). Tacos Mariachi serves authentic Tijuana-style tacos created by owner (and Hatch fan) Jesus Carmona.

The Perfect Taco, offered only Wednesdays, combines One90’s smoked brisket in a freshly made flour tortilla with Tacos Mariachi’s avocado mousse, jalapeno glaze, pico de gallo and cotija cheese. The tacos run $5.75 each.
