When the C-suite at Trinity Groves decided to pull the plug on Resto Gastro Bistro a few weeks ago, the dynamic duo dug in their heels, wiped their brows, emptied their cash registers and painted the space chicken yellow– a perfect color for their new incubator project, Fat Chicken.

The Hatch has learned that Fat Chicken, a roasted, broasted, fried salute to all things chicken, is set to open Wednesday, February 15, at 5 p.m.
