Chef team behind bbbop Seoul Kitchen ready to strut with Chicken Moto, new K-fried chicken concept launching February 23

Sandy and Greg Bussey, Steve Shin and Sam Osee — the team behind bbbop Seoul Kitchen– thinks Korean fried chicken is the next big thing to cluck about. Finding success with KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) at bbbop, the team has decided the fried birds are ready to stut on their own.

Chicken Moto, a full-service Korean-inspired fried chicken restaurant, will open for dinner on Wednesday, February 23, followed closely with a launch of lunch the following week.

KFC can be ordered as a full bird, half bird or quarter (dark or light meat), plus glazes and sides such as Kimchi Queso, Chicken Cracklin’ and elotes (on the cob with Korean spicy mayo). Also on the menu: kale salad, curry fries and Korean dipping sauces. KFC is more crackly and crispy than traditional southern fried chicken.
