Hot Date: Rosewood Puebla chef Jorge González takes over Mansion on Turtle Creek kitchen for March 6-10 menu

This week it’s all about a Puebla, Mexico style version that Rosewood Puebla’s executive chef Jorge González serves at his restaurant in Puebla, Mexico. That dish plus more a la carte Rosewood Puebla recipes are on the menu this week at the Mansion as González adds his spin to the regular offerings from Tuesday, March 6, 2018 – Saturday, March 10. (I hear Gonzalez’ mole poblano is really, really good.)
