This dinner that features chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate should be on your calendar for Saturday

A few seats remain for a special dinner this weekend where chocolate takes center stage.

Dallas Chocolate Festival is hosting a multi-course dinner at Fairmont Dallas hotel this Saturday night that incorporates artisan chocolate into every course. It’s all part of the lead up to DallasChocolate.org founder Sander Wolf’s 10th annual Dallas Chocolate Festival, which takes place Saturday, Sept. 7.

For the dinner, Fairmont executive chef Jared Harms and pastry chef Cristal Gonzalez are teaming up with modern craft chocolate makers Art Pollard of Amano Artisan Chocolate, Greg D’Alesandre of Dandelion Chocolate, Jael Rattigan of French Broad Chocolate, and Shannon Neffendorf and Jessica Young of Five Mile Chocolate. The dinner is $150, all-in. Tickets here.
