County Clare, Ireland is best known for its golf, which suits this Harris hawk just fine. He’s one of 50 birds of prey raised, trained, and admired at Dromoland Castle, a 5-star resort with a terrific parkland golf course, superb restaurant, and 25,000 pheasants whose demise is near.
