For the eighth consecutive year, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse in Dallas and Fort Worth and Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Dallas are pleased to provide guests with craveable fresh Florida Stone Crab claws. The fresh crab claws are a true treat, arriving in time to satiate the tastes of guests who return year after year for this delicacy.

The Stone Crab season in Florida began on October 15 and lasts until May 15. The sweet, firm crab claw meat is not widely available, only appearing on the menus of select restaurants outside of their native Florida. Del Frisco’s and Sullivan’s are proud to provide guests with this flavorful addition to the already scrumptious shellfish menus.

Del Frisco’s and Sullivan’s chefs have claws shipped overnight from an exclusive supplier to ensure that only the freshest, most succulent claws reach the table of their discerning guests. The limited season creates a short but exciting window of opportunity to add this in-demand dish to menus. Unique capture and harvesting techniques used to procure the claws ensure the sustainability of both the species and of the sensitive environments that bear this special treat from the sea.
