Chef Thomas Keller – of French Laundry fame- is dining in Dallas
Thomas Keller, the chef with more accolades for his cooking and his restaurants (The French Laundry, Per Se, Bouchon, Ad Hoc) than you and I have taste buds, is doing some fine dining in Dallas tonight. He’s two tables away from me and appears to have loved the charcuterie — and some good Italian wine. Can’t say where yet. Details to follow…
