Laurent Lesort, GM of Le Bilboquet, has parted ways with the French restaurant in Dallas
Laurent Lesort, a managing partner and the opening GM of Le Bilboquet Dallas, is no longer affiliated with the Frenchy French Dallas restaurant.
“He left a few weeks ago,” conceded an LB staffer. Lesort is the former Le Bilboquet NYC manager who helped engineer the opening of the Dallas restaurant. Guess Lesort won’t be around for this Atlanta expansion.
