Two new restaurants announced for Richardson’s CityLine

Chef Eddy Thretipthuangsin will open two restaurants, Kin Kin Urban Thai and Bite City Grill at CityLine, the 186-acre mixed-use project in Richardson.

The new Kin Kin will be the fourth unit in the small chain, whose menu focuses on Thai dishes with modern twists.

CityLine will be the second location for Bite City Grill, which offers New American cuisine and steaks.

Thretipthuangsin first gained acclaim as the opening chef of Dallas’ Pakpao.

The 3,634-square foot Kin Kin location is scheduled to open in this summer.  Bite City Grill’s 5,200-square foot location is scheduled to open next January.
