Top Knot restaurant offering “guest chef” ramen for three nights beginning next week
Top Knot restaurant will team with three Dallas chefs for a “3-Night-Only Monthly Summer Ramen Series” beginning June 27. A different guest chef will create a $12 ramen with Top Knot’s chef, Angela Hernandez, each of the three nights. A portion of the proceeds goes to No Kid Hungry. Community Brewing beers available for pairing at $3 per pint.
Justin Holt will lead off the guest chef series on Monday, June 27, from 6-9 p.m. with his version of Tonkotsu ramen. The soup will highlight locally sourced ingredients including poultry from Windy Meadows, eggs from Vital Farms, and handcrafted alkaline noodles. It will also feature pork chase, scallion, marinated eggs and ramp/ginger may.
Then on Monday, July 25, from 6-9 p.m., guest chef Misti Norris of Small Brewpub will offer her take on ramen. A third TBD chef will take over on Monday, Monday, August 29.
