If you’ve ever tasted true Jamón Ibérico — the luscious, nutty Iberico ham from Spanish pigs who feed on acorns — you know its incomparable flavor and deliciousness. You also know it’s quite pricey. I’ve spotted it for sale at a DFW retailer for $185 a pound.

Which is why I was delighted to find a 1/4 pound package of Jamón Ibérico for just $12.69. Same top quality. Same beautiful flavor. Want to pick up some for yourself? Head to Costco. Not sure how long they’ll stock it, but it’s worth a special trip.
