Immersive kid-friendly candy art exhibit from TLC’s “Candy Queen” featuring candy – and called Candytopia – to make Dallas debut on April 5

Tickets are now available for Candytopia, a traveling art exhibition with kid-friendly, interactive experience that brings kids’ Candyland dreams to life beginning April 5.

Billed as “a peek inside the sweet and twisted world of famed celebrity candy artist Jackie Sorkin (star of TLC’s “Candy Queen”),” the immersive art installation called Candytopia will feature a maze of rooms with larger-than-life interactive art installations constructed of candies.

The original Candytopia launched in 2018 in Santa Monica followed by successful runs in San Francisco and New York, Atlanta and Minneapolis.

Candytopia Dallas will feature the most popular attractions from those past locations along with new elements inspired by local culture and landmarks unique to the city.

The Dallas exhibit will inhabit the former TreeHouse space at The Hill, 8021 Walnut Hill Lane at North Central Expressway. The installation includes “flying unicorn pigs,” a splash pool filled with marshmallows, and a trick-or-treat bag full of sugary treats that you can eat.

Tickets must be purchased in advance here. The Dallas Candytopia engagement runs through July 5, 2019. Admission for adults is $28, kids (4-12) are $20, and ids 3 and under are free.
