Hot Date: Dallas’ Macellaio restaurant to host Cristom Vineyards pinot noir wine dinner on April 25

Charcuterie-centric Macellaio restaurant will host a five-course wine dinner to highlight the Willamette Valley pinot noir wines of Cristom Vineyards with winery owner Tom Gerrie in attendance. This year marks the winery’s 25th anniversary.

“It’s a a rare opportunity to try side by side tastings of two different vintages of each of their four single vineyard wines–including some vintages sent directly from the winery,” Macellaio says in a release announcing the prix fixe dinner.

Here’s the line-up for the dinner, which will be held at the Bishop Arts District restaurant. Reservations are required. $150pp++. Book here.
