Eno’s Pizza Tavern is open at new Las Colinas development, with Rodeo Goat and Flying Fish up next

Eno’s Pizza Tavern is the first of several restaurants to open in the new Sound at Cypress Waters mixed use development in North Irving at the intersection of I-635 and Belt Line Road. The casual pizza-and-beer shop debuted earlier this week and is well-known for its extensive beer selection and crackly-thin pies like the Pig Smiley (Benton’s ham, pepperoni, housemate sausage, honey) and truffle cheese bread, sandwiches, salads and charcuterie plates for nibbling.

Joining Eno’s at the new Sound retail and resto complex are Flying Fish (which opened today) and burger joint Rodeo Goat (both concepts from restaurateur Shannon Wynn), Ascension Coffee, a tasting room for Wylie’s Landon Winery and several unannounced future tenants.
