Former VPN pizza guy at Cane Rosso launching Partenope Ristorante with Southern Italian menu

The historic Titche-Goettinger building at Main Street and St. Paul Ave. in downtown Dallas is getting a new Southern Italian-inspired restaurant with a well-known VPN pizza guy on the range.

Dino Santonicola and his wife Megan will open Partenope Ristorante this fall, a 4,000-square-foot space with seating for 100. The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner daily. Dino, a Naples native, opened Cane Rosso as its lead pizzaolo.

The menu will focus on the food from Naples, with VPN pizzas, pastas, fresh fish, slow-braised meats. The wood-burning oven comes from Naples, too. The wine list will lean southern Italian (no surprise).
