True Food Kitchen has secret Keto and Paleo menus that only insiders know about
True Food Kitchen has rolled out a huge menu change for fall (with plenty of beets, squash, and even pomegranates), but that’s not the big discovery. Neither is TFK’s vegan Unbeatable Burger (though who would have guessed that a beet-kudzu-chickpea patty could be more than barely edible?).
Nope. The big deal was a secret menu known only to insiders (and servers who volunteer it): two special by-request handouts that make ordering Keto or Paleo super simple.
Take a look:
Yeah, you can order a keto- or paleo-friendly version of nearly anything on TFK’s menu if you ask, but the printed menus make it easier.
If you’re not into that, a few new fall menu items might catch your eye. They sure caught our eyes at Hatch HQ, so we popped in at TFK’s invitation to eat through the menu on their dime, settling on the roasted Brussels sprouts with mushroom, miso sesame vinaigrette, and chili thread (vegan, gluten-free); a roasted beet & goat cheese flatbread with arugula, pumpkin seed, and cilantro pumpkin seed pesto (vegetarian); and the new butternut squash pizza with caramelized onion, roasted garlic, organic kale, vegan almond ricotta, dried cranberry, and sage (vegan). Even better? The squash pie with a graham crust and coconut whipped cream (vegetarian ) for dessert.
Boy, were we impressed. This is food you’d want to eat even if it weren’t good for you.
