Hot Date: Chef Dan Landsberg, Hotel ZaZa hosting crazy good Orin Swift wine dinner on Tuesday

Dan Landsberg knows more than you do about pairing good wine with great food. How do I know this? Take a look at the menu he has planned for his wine dinner at Hotel ZaZa tomorrow. Brown-sugar venison, Madras curry spaetzle and 162-day butter-aged prime strip steak, each paired with an Orin Swift wine? Of course you know Orin Swift, the winery that brought you The Prisoner. And you should know Landsberg if you don’t already; he’s one of the best chefs in town – a stand-up guy who’s both talented and nice.

Six courses, six wines menu, $150++. November 13th in Art House at Hotel ZaZa Dallas.
