Deep Ellum favorite Vidorra is opening in Addison

While checking out the new Stirr restaurant in Addison last weekend, we learned another interesting development: Vidorra, a popular Mexican restaurant with roots in deep Ellum, will open a second location – in Addison – this summer.

Parent company Milkshake Concepts, which also owns Stirr, has taken over an adjacent space at the Village on the Parkway in Addison to open Vidorra.

Culinary director Rodman Shields says the second Vidorra will serve the same core menu as the Deep Ellum original, which he’s refreshing.

And yes, there will be a big patio, and giant volcano bowls of queso will stay on the menu.
