Stirr opens in Addison with crazy good food, creative cocktails and chef Rodman Shields leading the kitchen
Stirr, the upscale modern American restaurant and cocktail lounge with Deep Ellum roots, has opened in Addison, and the two-story space is a gorgeous stunner.
Chef Rodman Shields runs the culinary operation here, so expect modern American dishes that borrow heavily from a global flavor palate. Shields, who’s created menus for restaurants all over town, joined the Milkshake Concepts team late last year as corporate chef for parent company Milkshake Concepts, and he’s wasted no time reworking the menus at their Stirr, Vidorra, Citizen and Serious Pizza restaurants.

The Addison Stirr joins a sibling in Fort Worth and the original Strirr in Dallas.
