Chef Graham Dodds’ new restaurant, Elm & Good, reminds us why we love dining out

Graham Dodds and his team at newcomer Elm & Good, barely open a week inside the new The Kimpton Hotel Pittman in Dallas, are already turning out some roll-your-eyes good food and stellar cocktails.

Among the recent winners: rabbit agnolotti, roasted chicken panzanella, a brick of Scottish salmon sided with grated sweet corn, and kick-ass Berkshire pork riblets sparked up with cilantro chimichurri & fig gastrique.

We loved that the dining room adheres to strict physical distancing rules and that the staff will happily serve you on the outdoor patio. To really VIP it up, though, follow their lead and allow them to seat you in the private dining room.
