Dallas’ One90 Smoked Meats intros LTO Hatch chile cheddar sausages available this Sunday only

One90 Smoked Meats has amped up their to-go offerings this weekend with a limited time offer: Hatch chile pork sausages. To create the sausages, the One90’s pitmasters combine roasted Hatch chiles with smoked pork shoulder and cheddar, then stuff it all into natural casings.

The sausages will only only be available this Sunday, August 30. They’ll be sold solo or as part of a special meal deal that also includes brisket, mac and cheese, potato salad and cookies for six; One90 says the meal deal requires pre-ordering.
