Nosh Bistro to transform into area’s third Primo’s MX Kitchen

The owners of Nosh Bistro on Hillcrest Road didn’t have much success operating Nosh before or after founding chef Avner Samuel’s departure. Now they’re tacking in a new direction, converting the space into the area’s third Primo’s MX Kitchen & Lounge. The restaurant in pegged to re-open November 23 at 8611 Hillcrest Road.

“Primo’s is such an iconic brand, and has been a real fixture in both Uptown and Downtown,” said Robert Hall, the CEO of Refined Hospitality Concepts, which owns the Primo’s and Nosh brands. “With the opening of Primo’s Hillcrest, we want to become the go-to destination for elevated Tex-Mex and craft cocktails in Preston Hollow and North Dallas.”

New menu items debuting at the Hillcrest restaurant include a 16-ounce bone-in ribeye ($42.95), lobsters and grilled Texas quail ($36.95).

Brunch will be offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
