Restaurateur Nick Badovinus opens Yo! Lobster in Dallas’ Highland Park Village

Prolific Dallas chef Nick Badovinus has quietly opened Yo! Lobster, a casual seafood spot featuring “proper lobster rolls and such” in Highland Park Village, EscapeHatch sources tell us.

Badovinus is the creative force behind such popular DFW restaurants as Neighborhood Services, Town Hearth and Montlake Cut. Badovinus was tight-lipped about Yo! Lobster, but insiders say the opening is eminent. Expect seafood shack favorites such as fish and chips, fried clams, lobster rolls and Badovinus’ crazy-good french fries.

The restaurant takes over the space formally occupied by Perfect Union Pizza, Badovinus’ short-lived pizza concept.
