Peek inside the new Eataly Dallas store

I spent some time with Eataly CEO Nicola Farinetti when he opened Eataly Las Vegas at Park MGM a couple of years ago. (That’s when he revealed to me that Eataly would be opening a store in Dallas in 2020 but swore me to secrecy.) Now he’s back to open Eataly Dallas at NorthPark Center on Dec. 9. He and his PR company sent out a slick video introducing the place. Have you been to an Eataly, perhaps in New York or Chicago, Boston, Vegas or LA?
