The Four Seasons Resort at Las Colinas taps Philadelphia transplant for its new General Manager
The Four Seasons Resort in Las Colinas has a new general manager, and he comes from the same Four Seasons hotel his Dallas predecessor once led.
David Bernand is leaving the Four Seasons Georgetown to join the Las Colinas Four Seasons Resort this month as general manager. He’ll also serve as a regional manager for the Four Seasons chain of luxury properties.
Bernard takes over the resort from Dirk Bughartz, a terrific guy who arrived from the Four Seasons Georgetown in 2015. While at the Dallas resort, Bernard oversaw extensive property renovations and did his best to navigate Covid shutdowns and the loss of the Byron Nelson PGA golf tournament.
The Las Colinas resort includes a 431-room hotel plus two golf courses, an event space, a sports club, and a spa facility. Prior to his stint in Georgetown, Bernard ran the Four Seasons Resort in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
