Cork & Pig Tavern describes itself as a unique, chef driven restaurant specializing in wood-grilled meats, gourmet salads sandwiches, and appetizers. They also offer an wines, cocktails and beers. The 4,219-square-foot Southlake Cork & Pig will sit adjacent to Mesero, a specialty Mexican restaurant serving DFW’s best frozen Margaritas. The new Cork & Pig will be the group’s fourth unit, joining siblings in Las Colinas, Fort Worth and Odessa.
