A revitalized Copeland’s has reopened in Southlake, returning with New Orleans-inspired dishes

Copeland’s of New Orleans has reopened its Southlake restaurant following a six-month renovation, which means fans of its Cajun-Creole flavors will be pleased. The restaurant occupies an anchor spot inside the Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square Hotel at 1400 Plaza Place.

A company spokesman says all of the menu items are made from scratch at the restaurant. The renovation included new lighting, new furniture and expanded outdoor dining areas.

In addition to popular items such as artichoke and spinach dip, crab cakes, shrimp etoufee and fresh grilled fish, the new menu now includes Florida grouper pan-seared in garlic butter and an herb-crusted salmon topped with crab meat.
